Cookies
We use cookies on our site. These are small files that your browser creates automatically and that are stored on your device (PC, laptop, tablet, smartphone or similar) when you visit our site. Cookies do not cause any damage to your device and contain no viruses, trojans or other malware. Information is stored in the cookie which arises in each case in connection with the specific device used. However, this does not mean that we thereby obtain direct knowledge of your identity.
The use of cookies serves, on the one hand, to make the use of our offering more pleasant for you. For example, we use so-called session cookies in order to recognise that you have already visited individual pages of our website. These are deleted automatically when you leave our site.
In addition, we also use temporary cookies to optimise user-friendliness; these are stored on your device for a defined period of time. If you visit our site again in order to use our services, it is automatically recognised that you have already been with us and which entries and settings you have made, so that you do not have to enter these again.
These cookies enable us to recognise automatically, when you visit our site again, that you have already been with us. These cookies are deleted automatically after a defined period in each case. The data processed by means of cookies is necessary for the purposes stated in order to safeguard our legitimate interests and those of third parties pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. Most browsers accept cookies automatically. However, you can configure your browser so that no cookies are stored on your computer or so that a notice always appears before a new cookie is created. Completely disabling cookies may, however, mean that you cannot use all functions of our website.
Webflow
We host our website with Webflow. The provider is Webflow, Inc., 398 11th Street, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA (hereinafter: Webflow). When you visit our website, Webflow records various log files including your IP addresses.
Webflow is a tool for creating and hosting websites. Webflow stores cookies or other recognition technologies that are necessary for displaying the page, for providing certain website functions and for ensuring security (necessary cookies).
For details, please refer to Webflow's privacy policy: EU & Swiss Privacy Policy | Webflow.
Webflow is used on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in our website being displayed as reliably as possible. Where corresponding consent has been requested, processing takes place exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR and § 25 (1) TTDSG, insofar as the consent covers the storage of cookies or access to information on the user's device (e.g. device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TTDSG. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
The transfer of data to the USA is based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is generally transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the USA. If IP anonymisation is activated on this website, however, your IP address will first be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information in order to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with further services connected with website use and internet use. The IP address transmitted by your browser in the context of Google Analytics is not merged with other data held by Google.
You can prevent the storage of cookies by making the appropriate setting in your browser software; please note, however, that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent.
You can furthermore prevent the collection by Google of the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address), as well as the processing of this data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.
The lawfulness of the processing follows from Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.
The Google Analytics anonymisation function is used to mask IP addresses. A data processing agreement has been concluded with Google Inc.

When you use the contact form offered on these pages, the information you enter and the files you attach are transmitted and stored for the purpose of responding to your enquiry. Job Applications
During the application procedure, personal data such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail address are stored in the applicant database. In addition, application documents (cover letter, CV, references, certificates, etc.) are recorded and stored. Your data is evaluated, processed or forwarded internally exclusively within the framework of the application procedure. Applicant data can furthermore only be viewed by the staff of the HR department and by the persons responsible for the selection. The data is not disclosed to third parties in any respect.
In the event of a successful application, the application data is transferred to the personnel file. The remaining applicant data is stored for a maximum of 3 months after the end of the application procedure.
You have the option at any time of withdrawing your consent and having your applicant data deleted. An informal e-mail to us is sufficient for this purpose.
SSL Connection / Data Security
In accordance with the statutory provision under § 13 (7) TMG, this site uses SSL encryption, recognisable by a padlock symbol in the address bar of your browser. When SSL encryption is activated, transmitted data cannot be read by third parties.
This is generally 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we fall back on 128-bit v3 technology instead. You can tell whether an individual page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form by the closed display of the key or padlock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.
We also use appropriate technical and organisational security measures (TOMs) in order to protect your data against accidental or deliberate manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or against unauthorised access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
